Membership
Membership in the Commerce Emergency Corps is limited to thirty members who have completed an application process and have been voted in by the current membership. See our current officers and membership roster. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age, live in the Commerce vicinity, and be physically able to perform such tasks as would pertain to emergency situations. In addition, applicants should have a desire to voluntarily serve the community and have suitable transportation for responding to emergency calls. Upon completing an application, a character and background check is performed on all individuals applying for membership. Potential members must also complete an interview process by the current members at a regularly scheduled business/training meeting. You can download an application here.
